What We Do - How The Trust Can help?

Our volunteer drivers will take you to any hospital for your treatment or Consultants appointment. A family member or friend can also accompany you to your appointment. We don't make a specific charge for the service, but we do ask for a donation if you are in a position to do so. Please ring out Transport Coordinator on 07717 783811 to book your transport.

Financial Grants

We appreciate that at times of illness there are usually extra costs and financial burdens placed upon patients and their families. We may be able to assist you with a small financial grant to help you in times of hardship. Please speak to your Community Nurse, Clinical Nurse Specialist or ring the office on 01635 31542 for more information.

We hold educational seminars to provide information for professionals. We can also provide bursaries for medical and healthcare workers. Please contact the office on 01635 31542 for further information.
